Sealed offers for each vehicle separately with Earnest Money Deposit as mentioned in the above table may be submitted in favour of Director, Wildlife Institute of India, Dehradun. Bidder may quote for one vehicle or for more vehicles. Separate quotation for each vehicle should be submitted. Comparision of rates offered will be made vehicle wise only. Sealed offer may be superscribed “Tender for disposal of condemned vehicle No. ________”. Offers received late & without E.M.D. will not be considered & summarily rejected by the Institute. Last date of receipt of offers is 31st March, 2015 upto 1500 hrs. Offers received by the due date and time shall be opened on the same day i.e. on 31st March, 2015 at 4.00 p.m. in presence of the bidders, who wish to be present at the time of opening of offers. The vehicles offered for auction may be seen/inspected by the interested persons on any working day from 12th March, 2015 to 30th March, 2015 from 1430 hrs to 1700 hrs. in campus of Wildlife Institute of India. Trade tax, Surcharge and other Government taxes as per rules will be charged extra on the quoted price. In case, Institute management decides to accept the offer of highest bidder, the bidder would be required to lift the condemned vehicle at his own cost after payment of full amount with taxes within a period of 10 days from the date of acceptance letter of the Institute; failing which EMD submitted will be forefeited. The Director, WII reserves the right to reject the tender in part or full without assigning any reasons. Decision of Director, WII shall be final & binding. Administrative Officer |
