Vision
The vision of Researchers Recruitment and Placement Cell is to establish a smooth, unbiased and automated processes towards recruitment of WII project personnel, as well as to provide useful career opportunity information to the larger researcher community of WII. The cell also aims to create a strong base for IT infrastructure to reduce manual processes handling researchers’ recruitments.
Objectives
- Timely and smooth recruitment processes under various WII Projects.
- Speedy processing of Application submission, Application verification, Application processing, and issue of call letter through technological automation.
- Constitution of Screening Committee for verification of physical documents based on already approved rules for application shortlisting.
- Provide details of all recruited researchers to Research Coordinator’s Office for maintenance of database and timely extension process.
- Search for available job/employment opportunities for students and inform the student community about such options in a periodical and timely manner.
